Everland

So this will be a post of mostly pictures. Last Saturday, we decided to brave the Chuseok craziness and head to Everland. It's one of the amusement parks here. When we first got there it seemed so great for kids, but then we realized how ridiculous their height regulations for the rides were. In the kids land, Max was tall enough for their equivalent of the tea cups, and a room where you shoot really soft balls at each other. Harper could go in all of them, but was too afraid of the roller coaster. Max wasn't even tall enough to go play in the playground. He even tried to sneak in and they kicked him out. It was pretty funny!

So, I thought we had waisted our money, but we found the carnival type rides that worked for everyone. That made it more worth it for sure. We went on a few of those before heading to see the animals. What made it the most worth it though, was the safari ride. We waited for probably 45 mins, but it was amazing. I wish we had our computer so I could post videos. The lions and tigers were all over the place just hanging out. The Bears did lots of tricks. That alone was worth it all. We really enjoyed the day, and by the end, we were exhausted! We would go back for sure.

Harper asked me to take a pic of her. That thing around her neck is what she got her popcorn in. Max got a Thomas the train one.
This monkey was doing backflips and anything else possible to get food from people watching.
A wallaby. There were two kangaroos but they were trying to hide.
A cute baby lion
An even cuter baby orangutan
A few pics of the bear playing basketball for treats

This one was clearly following orders for treats, but since it was in Korean, we had no idea.
Cute big guy
Another one hanging out in the side of the road. They look so playful lol
We got lots of different bears that would stand and walk with the bus to get treats.

One of the few regular tigers.
They he about 20 lions at all different stages in life.

The white tigers were beautiful. I loved watching the one sitting in the roof of one of the special tour cars. I didn't post that pic because it was somewhat distant.

They had a bunch of Korean games and instruments out in the quad due to the holiday. It was pretty cool

Max in the ball room trying to shoot his dad. He loved it!
Ice cream of course.
Harper and I one of the rides she was tall
Enough for but Max wasn't.
The throw up ride lol. They loved it though.
This little guy, Poro, is their iconic character for kids. We went to a 3D show while we were there. Harper loved it, Max for a nap during it lol

All the pics we took when we first got into the park.
